Dr. Fowler was awarded the Business of the Year award by the Red River/Coushatta Chamber of Commerce in April 2006.

Congratulations Steve!

Dr. Steve Fowler has been a Performance Consultant with TPG since 2001. Steve is a full time United Methodist Minister and also serves on the faculty at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He earned his BA in History at ULM and 2 Master’s degrees and his PhD from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Steve facilitates meetings and leads workshops in leadership, community development and change management. He is frequent speaker to groups on stress, enhancing communication and navigating through chaotic times. He also conducts a number of SIMSOC sessions.

Steve is married and has two grown sons. He enjoys golf and hunting.
