Kelli C. Foret, SPHR

With over 10 years experience in Human Resources, Kelli C. Foret, a native of New Iberia, LA, recognized the need of many small businesses for HR services within their organizations. With that in mind, Foret launched The HR Design Company, LLC.  She is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. 

Foret has served companies with 500+ employees and led major efforts in compensation plan redesign, organizational development and corporate turnaround. She has organized various communication activities involving a focus on corporate culture and facilitated the initiative to link all individual goals throughout the organization to corporate objectives. Her areas of expertise include Employee Engagement and Performance and Accountability Strategies.
